The cult classic that every pretentious teenager discovered on a Reddit thread and thought to himself: yeah, nobody else probably knows about this movie. Donnie is a troubled teen who sees a demonic rabbit named Frank telling him the world will end. Time travel. Mental illness. Philosophy. A plane engine crashes through his bedroom. It's weird, it's dark, and it defined an entire aesthetic.

Jake Gyllenhaal's breakout role. Drew Barrymore teaching English. Patrick Swayze being creepy. The kind of movie that makes you question reality and rewatch it three times to understand what actually happened. You'll either think it's genius or complete nonsense. Probably both.
